We are based in Singapore, everything is also made and packaged from Singapore. Shipping time excludes order processing time.

Local shipping within Singapore is usually 1 to 3 days with tracked shipping. Free shipping with a minimum order of SG$60. 

International Shipping

  • Standard tracked shipping is SG$6.50, 3 to 10 days
  • Free shipping with a minimum order of SGD$100
  • Express tracked shipping is SG$28, 1 to 3 days, no free shipping

Thailand

  • Standard tracked shipping is SG$8.00, 3 to 10 days
  • Free shipping with a minimum order of SGD$100
  • Express tracked shipping is SG$28, 1 to 3 days, no free shipping

Indonesia

  • Standard tracked shipping is SG$17, 3 to 10 business days
  • Free shipping with a minimum order of SG$150
  • Express tracked shipping is SG$28, 1 to 3 days, no free shipping

Hong Kong

  • Standard tracked shipping is SG$20, 3 to 10 business days
  • Free shipping with a minimum order of SG$200
  • Express tracked shipping is SG$25, 1 to 3 days, no free shipping

Taiwan

  • Standard tracked shipping is SG$15, 3 to 10 business days, free shipping with a minimum order of SG$150

Japan

  • Standard tracked shipping is SG$18, 3 to 10 business days
  • Free shipping with a minimum order of SG$180

Duties for International Orders

International orders may be subject to duties and fees that vary by country and are based on the value of your order, which will be borne by the customer or receiver. 

Hocho Studio is not liable for the postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees incurred once the parcel has left our Studio. This could include but not limited to the recipient rejecting a parcel due to import duties or taxes, or if a recipient is uncontactable and our shipping partners are unable to deliver the parcel.

During peak seasons such as sale or festivities, there may be a delay in deliveries due to the high volume of orders. Our shipping partner is EasyParcel.
